Starting with the Class of 2029, every Hoosier student earns one streamlined Indiana Diploma and can supercharge it with Readiness Seals that prove you’re ready for what’s next. Think of seals as your blueprint to college, a career, or service—earned through real experiences, focused coursework, and credentials that matter.

At EG, that means Pathways you can actually do: hands-on projects, work-based learning, dual credit, industry-recognized credentials, and community partnerships—all organized so you can see progress toward a seal as you go. Complete a seal and you also meet Indiana’s Graduation Pathways requirements—simple, powerful, and totally focused on your future.

So…which future fits you?

Enrollment (College-bound): Build a strong academic core and show you’re university-ready through AP/dual credit, advanced coursework, and world language—plus options like SAT/ACT benchmarks. (Honors and Honors Plus raise the bar even further.)
Employment (Career-ready): Stack skills with a CTE pathway, a credential of value, and 150+ hours of work-based learning (paid, unpaid, on-site, or simulated). Demonstrate the pro skills employers want: communication, collaboration, and work ethic.
Enlistment & Service (Mission-ready): Prepare for military or public service through courses like Introduction to Public Service, JROTC/Civil Air Patrol, the ASVAB, leadership experiences, and verified mentorship.
